Six Central Islip Staff Honored at SCOPE Awards
The honorees included Maureen Esposito and Ralph Delgado Jr., who received the School Board Service Award; John J. Corrado, who was selected for the Community Service Award; Joseph Cornell, who was recognized with the Teacher Service Award; Ruben Jon and Kevin Seaman, Esq., who earned the Support Staff Award.
Among those in attendance to show support were Dr. Sharon A. Dungee, Superintendent of Schools; Mr. Matthew Matera, Assistant Superintendent for Administration; Mr. Frank Bacchi, Assistant Superintendent for Business; and Mr. Luis Alcantara, Board of Education president.
