I hope you are enjoying a wonderful summer with your families and finding time to rest and recharge for the school year ahead. It is both an honor and a privilege to return to Charles A. Mulligan Elementary School this fall as your Principal.

Our team is busy preparing for another exciting and engaging school year filled with meaningful learning experiences, enriching activities, and special events. We are eager to welcome our students back and continue fostering a school community where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to succeed.

Alongside our Assistant Principal, Ms. da Silva, I look forward to partnering with our students, families, faculty, and staff to cultivate a positive, inclusive, and academically challenging learning environment. Strong relationships between home and school are essential to student success, and we are committed to maintaining open communication and meaningful family engagement throughout the year. Together, I am confident that we will continue to meet the diverse needs of every Mulligan student and help each child reach their fullest potential.

We are excited to welcome our incoming kindergarten students and their families at our Kindergarten Orientation on Monday, August 31, 2026. Please save the date; additional details will be shared in the coming weeks.
