My name is Mr. Lynam, and I am excited to be entering the 2023-2024 school year at Mulligan Elementary School as your Principal with Dr. Lefferts, our Assistant Principal. Together, we will continue enriching our staff with our diverse teaching and administrative experience at Mulligan Elementary School and we will continue to support the engaging, rigorous educational opportunities that our school provides for all students. Throughout the 2023-2024 school year, we will continue working together to create a positive, affirming environment for our students and staff. Equally as important is knowing that we have developed a supportive partnership with our families that we as Mulligan Elementary School value. We will continue to implement the many fine district-adopted programs to meet students where they are, and to support their academic growth using data-driven instruction and interventions. Effective communication, partnered with the ability to work together with our students' families, will lead to student improvement and academic success throughout their tenure in Mulligan Elementary School. Dr. Lefferts and I are looking forward to another exciting year working with our team of educators, support staff, and our families to provide enriching and exciting educational experiences for your children.
